About you
Youre a detail-oriented recruitment professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. From scheduling interviews and supporting sift panels to managing pre-employment checks and onboarding paperwork youre someone who takes pride in keeping processes running smoothly and accurately.
Youre confident using HR and recruitment systems and you understand the importance of maintaining accurate records data compliance and safeguarding processes. You stay ahead of the detail - spotting risks resolving queries and ensuring no step is missed in the hiring journey.
With a hands-on solutions-focused approach you take initiative to support colleagues and improve recruitment outcomes. Whether youre preparing contracts advising on compliance or guiding hiring managers through the process you bring professionalism efficiency and a calm approach to a busy workload.
Youll thrive in this role if youre proactive organised and enjoy being the go-to person for making recruitment processes work - the right way every time.
