What is Noda
Noda is reshaping online payments allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK EU Canada and Australia (Singapore up next!) were seeking an HR Assistant to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission:
With around 170 people across multiple locations three offices and a vibrant culture our HR team is always buzzing with activity! Were now looking for a new teammate to join us in Riga and work closely with our Head of HR. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning designing ordering and managing Noda merchandise (welcome gifts holiday presents and other branded goodies);
- Organising and running corporate events both local and international (spoiler: theyre always awesome!);
- Taking care of office management - onsite for our Riga office and remotely (with occasional trips) for our Warsaw and London offices;
- Supporting with administrative tasks such as keeping insurance and safety lists up to date coordinating fitness programs and courses handling business trips and vacation requests and providing general HR-related assistance.
Your skills and experience:
- Around 1-2 years of experience in HR with a similar scope of responsibilities (Fintech companies on your CV are always a plus);
- Love for helping and working with people daily and an overall positive attitude;
- Fluent Russian and English at a B2 level or higher;
- Multitasking and great attention to detail;
- Ability to stay organised and focused in a very fast-paced environment;
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration;
- Creativity.
