Position Overview:
As a Senior Front-End Engineer you will be key in designing developing and maintaining our desktop and mobile applications using Flutter. You will collaborate closely with product managers designers and back-end engineers to create seamless user-friendly applications. Your expertise will guide best practices mentor junior developers and drive the technical vision of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable high-performance desktop and mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Mentor and support junior developers fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile development.
- Participate in Agile methodologies contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Support Company objectives by completing additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of software development experience with a strong focus on front-end development.
- Expertise in Flutter and Dart with a solid portfolio of mobile applications and web applications.
- Experience with state management solutions (e.g. Provider Riverpod Bloc).
- Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Strong understanding of mobile design principles responsive design and user experience best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed team environment.
