Job Description

Overview

Nakupuna Prime is seeking a Acquisition and Program Management Analyst. The Acquisition and Program Management Analyst will provide acquisition and program management services for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert acquisition planning support pre-award post-award source selection and close out
  • Provide pre-award documentation support includingthe development or input tostatements of workperformance work summariesindependent government cost estimatesquality assurance surveillance plansperformancelevels/acceptable quality levelsjustifications and approvalsdetermination and findingssource selection plansrequests for proposals and quotationstask order requestsbusiness clearances and other pre-award documentation

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in the ability and skills to manage multiple projects keep track of or adjust existing tasks while identifying new tasks and expectations as projects evolve.
  • Ability to perform detailed work with little guidance and interact in a positive manner with other government and industry personnel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to adapt quickly in a changing environment and synthesize information and draft summaries and reports.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (e.g. Word PowerPoint Excel and Project).

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degreefrom an accredited college or university; Masters degree desired.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of professionalacquisition experience.
  • Experience working with and briefing senior level DoD personnel; excellent verbal andwritten communication and organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a time-sensitive environment with a high-level of accountability.

Certifications: DAWIA Level II/III and/or NCMA CPCM/CFCM desired

Clearance Requirements: Must possessan active Top Secret security clearance and be eligible for immediate SCInomination and indoctrination. Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands wrists and fingers.
  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
