The Role:
As theDirector of Vendor Success Management you will lead a high-performing team of Vendor Success Managers (VSMs) dedicated to driving vendor satisfaction retention and revenue growth through proactive scalable engagement strategies. Youll champion the value of our premium servicessuch as enhanced security automation and detailed remittance accesswhile identifying new opportunities to expand Bottomlines footprint within our existing vendor base.
This is a strategic leadership role that requires a balance of operational excellence cross-functional collaboration and a deep understanding of vendor needs. Youll work closely with teams across Vendor Enrollment Product Marketing and Account Management to ensure our vendors thrive within the Paymode ecosystem.
