Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and adaptableLearning & Development Associateto join our dynamic team. This role will support the design delivery and evaluation of learning programmes across the business with a particular focus on junior careers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent development possess strong stakeholder management skills and thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Junior Careers & Business-Aligned Learning
Set the agenda and lead all learning curriculum development ensuring clear linkage to career paths competency frameworks and performance outcomes in collaboration with other Learning Partners and HR Business Partners.
Provide guidance to stakeholders across global locations on skills and development approach.
Design and oversee delivery of learning programmes aligned to career paths and evolving business needs.
Create clear and engaging communications and undertake other communication activities to support implementation and impact of learning programmes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of L&D trends and develop expertise in business-specific capabilities.
Be the central point of contact for Professional Qualifications including managing queries and requests
Lead on the design development and implementation of one global promotion programme in collaboration with other learning partners.
Support the development and implementation of other cross-divisional learning initiatives (e.g. performance management management capability)
Programme Evaluation
Ensure all learning programmes are effectively evaluated with a focus on impact and embedding learning into the business.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to elevate and deepen the focus on learning
Own and manage vendor relationships with training providers
Maintain and reconcile L&D budget tracking for their area ensuring alignment with quarterly financials.
Project & Change Support
Collaborate with the wider L&D team on global projects and change initiatives.
Provide support and insights to ensure successful implementation and adoption of learning solutions.
Team Collaboration
Direct coach and support L&D Coordinators as appropriate.
Key Skills & Experience
Experience in Learning & Development ideally within a Financial Services or professional services environment.
Strong project management and organisational skills; demonstrated ability to prioritise and problem solve.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Analytical mindset with experience in evaluating learning impact and providing insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement in training programmes
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global matrixed organisation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with Workday or an LMS is a plus.
