Job Description

Customer Service Representative
Munich Germany On-site Full-Time Monday-Friday

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team at Certified Collectibles Group in our Munich Germany office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a knack for problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing exceptional service to our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
You can expect diverse responsibilities in an international work environment:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via e-mail and phone
  • Handling and performing customer appointments on-site
  • Careful and accurate intake and inspection of submitted collectibles
  • Maintaining contact with national and international customers dealers and submission centers
  • Assisting with billing and payment processes in collaboration with our accounting department
  • Collaborating with other internal departments
  • Handling customer complaints
  • General office sales and administrative tasks
  • Attending trade shows
WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Successfully completed training and/or at least 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English (additional languages a plus)
  • Confident use of MS Office and willingness to learn new programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer and service orientation
  • Reliable and structured working style; responsible resilient and able to maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly personality and team player
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows
