Job Title: Operations Intern

Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks to support the team.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improve processes.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new operational strategies.
- Support inventory management and track rental products.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for team meetings.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics.
- Assist in training new team members on company procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of operations.
- Support the implementation of new systems and technologies.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
Other reqs:
1. Candidates should be open to work 6 days a week.
2. Candidate should be open to work from 11 Am to 8 PM with rotational off days
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in business administration operations management or a related field.
- Strong academic record with an interest in operations and management.
- Diligent with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Excel Docs).
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
- A proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Experience with data management or analysis tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of operations management principles is beneficial.
- Prior internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in India.
