Position:Branch Manager
Prime Responsibility – Managing Branch as Profit Center by revenue generation across all Products & Service.
the team of relationship manager dealers and ensure the issues of staff is resolved
Monthly Targets & comparing it with benchmark across product line
daily morning conference call & discussing it with the colleagues
thrust on acquiring HNI’s & Corporate clients
HNI clients to built the rapport
the weak areas & providing solutions to those areas
Meeting with the colleagues on market outlook sharing market information ensuring active participation from all
& comparing the branch performance with other branches
& guiding the branch colleagues
interaction with clients to improve the business regularly
the client grievances
Trade Errors & implementing proper risk management policy (Debits & Debit Collection)
up with the regulatory & compliance issues from time to time
smooth & cost efficient operation in the branch (Pay-In Pay-Out reducing expenses etc)
performance of each employee as compared to Targets given on monthly basis
training & solving queries of colleagues
in Team
all the activities to the Regional Manager from time to time
Investor meets/seminars in co-ordination RM SH & HO
for hygiene in the branch
safe & secure working environment for all employees especially women
that the employees are fully compliant with the Code of Conduct of the company the regulator & the exchanges
safe use if computers & the other gadgets provided by the company
Certification Preferred: Graduate with NCFM Certification NISM certificate AMFI Mutual Fund Certification)
Experience: 3 years and above in broking field.
