Working Model: On-Site
You will be reporting to: IT Manager
What you will do:
Support the IT Manager in daily IT operations
Monitor and update Windows systems firmware firewallcybersecurity antivirus and other technological infrastructure
Manage technical issues and provide user support for systems and software
Offer first-level support to employees for software and hardware problems
Ensure data security and protection of IT systems
Perform additional tasks assigned by the IT Manager to ensure efficient department operations
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/Tech/Helpdesk Support
Experience with ERP systems is a strong asset (preferably Entersoft)
Knowledge of Windows Domain Services and Office 365
Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite
Strong communication skills responsibility organization and consistency
Good knowledge of English language
