Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the VP of Pre-Construction the CRM Specialist for D365 will be responsible for managing optimizing and evolving our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Working closely with various departments they will help improve our processes and maximize the use of our CRM nationwide.


Key short-term responsibilities:

CRM Platform Management and Administration: Ensure the administration and smooth operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales ensuring optimal performance and seamless adoption within the teams.

Data Quality: Ensure the quality integrity and compliance of data in the CRM by implementing best practices for data management.

User Support: Provide comprehensive support to users across Canada offering training writing clear documentation and providing personalized technical assistance.

Training and Skills Development: Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure optimal use of the CRM for all users across Canada.

Accountability: Develop and maintain dashboards reports and tracking tools to evaluate CRM usage and its impact on internal processes.


Medium-term objectives:

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure that business needs are well integrated into the CRM.

CRM Evolution and Innovation: Actively participate in CRM evolution projects including updates adding new features and continuously optimizing processes.

Writing Functional Specifications: Analyze business needs and write clear detailed functional specifications for CRM evolution.

D365 Module Configuration: Configure the CRM modules and functionalities based on the company s specific needs and user requirements.

Testing and Documentation: Participate in testing phases to validate new features and write necessary documentation to ensure understanding and usage of new CRM versions.

Agile Environment Work: Work in an agile environment to ensure quick deliverables and continuous process improvement.




Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM integration including 3 years with D365.

University degree in computer science or a combination of relevant experience and training.

Project management experience in planning and implementing a CRM.

Previous experience in change management and managing resistance within a team.

Previous experience in B2B sales or a deep understanding of complex sales processes in the engineering or construction sectors is a major asset.

Experience with the following environments: Windows D365 Sales.

Strong knowledge of D365 CRM configuration.

Any D365 certifications are an asset.

Bilingualism (English and French).
