Job Description
Day of Work Specialist ProgressiveHealth LLC Princeton IN
We are looking for an energetic and results driven Day of Work Specialist at a large manufacturing facility in Princeton IN. This position will support and monitor candidates during a simulated day of work activity and perform interviews for employment in a production be a part of a growing organization in a progressive supportive and innovative team!
What will you be doing in this role
- Supporting candidates who are coming in to perform the work simulation activities
- instruction coaching and monitoring activities
- Interviewing candidates
- Small group instructional activities
- Completing the day of work activities
- Interpreting and tracking file data; scheduling
- Following established operational policies and procedures

Our ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- Excellent communication skills ability to multitask and being detail oriented is required
- Flexibility in terms of schedule
- Previous experience conducting interviews or public speaking is helpful
- Be energetic professional and dependable
- Work independently take initiative anticipate challenges and problem solve
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel
