POSITION SUMMARY
The Field Service Supervisor is a result driven and customer service-oriented team an integral part of the EnerStar Solutions team the Field Service Supervisors is responsible for all field operations.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team to ensure safety and productivity
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Communicate with Management team on a regular basis
- Communicate with EnerStar clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain DOT compliance on all EnerStar vehicles CMV and Non CMV
- Ensure all tickets are signed prior to leaving location
- Ensure all team members are using proper PPE at all times
- Promote quality assurance to EnerStar clients
- Gain working knowledge of the companys online systems to boost company structure and order. KPA FieldCap BambooHR Geotab
- Provide support to the District Manager and serve as a back-up in job-related responsibilities
- Additional responsibilities: as identified and assigned
Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar Solutions.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Relevant industry certifications preferred
Experience:
- 2 years ofprovendirectly relatedindustry experience
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
- Capable of working in a high stress position
- Able to take direction from direct Supervisor
- Able to remain on feet for long periods of time
- Able to bend and stoop frequently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-Motivator ability to motivate others
- Clean driving record
- Strong commitment to safety
- Must be willing to travel as needed
