Job Description
Duties: Scheduling releases in supply chain systems Collecting assets for Preorder and New Release setups (Artwork/packshots tracklists/sidesplits sales blurb etc.) Managing New Release stock order status and logging in central database Managing Catalog reorders for manufacturing orders and label-supplied PO requests (collecting assets from partners placing orders liaising with Supply Chain to meet delivery deadlines monitoring shipments etc.) Managing Label Product Orders (placing orders liaising with Supply Chain to meet delivery deadlines sharing tracking information monitoring shipments etc.) Supporting department team members as needed
Skills: 1-3 years Physical Supply Chain experience preferred not required. 1-3 years Music Industry experience preferred. Strong organizational administrative and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education: Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred
