Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform production related activities per work instructions.
- Assemble surgical stretchers surgical chairs beds for Senior Living facilities and homecare beds.
- Read and interpret diagrams and specifications to determine assembly instructions.
- Work with basic hand tools and portable power tools.
- Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standards.
Lead Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Assembly Department.
- Assign monitor and review progress and accuracy of work.
- Train new employees.
- Ensure team members are supplied with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
- Maintain regular communication with department supervisors and interrelated departments.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
- 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of production processes.
- Excellent organizational skills problem solving and communication skills.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft and other related software.
