- Prepare and distribute daily terminal reports and purchase order (PO) shipping reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor vessel schedules and proactively communicate any delays changes or updates with steamship lines and customers.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams customers and external carriers to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Support customer service by addressing inquiries providing shipment updates and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment records and documentation.
- Assist in troubleshooting logistics issues and recommending improvements to processes.
- Perform other administrative and logistics-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- 13 years of experience in logistics supply chain or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; able to generate and analyze reports.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation and coordination with steamship lines is a plus.
- Experience with logistics software or ERP systems (e.g. SAP TMS WMS).
- Knowledge of import/export processes and terminology.
- Bilingual Korean preferred
