Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our growing team in Phoenix AZ. This role will be responsible for coordinating internal and external communications ensuring consistency in messaging and supporting the execution of company initiatives and events.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement internal and external communication strategies
Draft proofread and edit company materials reports and presentations
Assist in planning and executing company meetings and outreach events
Support cross-departmental collaboration with clear and timely communication
Maintain communication calendars and documentation
Prepare talking points memos and briefing materials for leadership
Monitor and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design/editing tools (e.g. Canva Adobe)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency
