Sr. Functional Consultant Lead Incentive Comp CX - Remote(Travel required to OH)
Occasional travel required to Cleveland OH.
Overview: Lead the implementation of incentive compensation solutions within the Customer Experience (CX) suite.
Responsibilities:
Configure and customize incentive compensation plans to align with client goals.
Analyze business requirements and design scalable CX solutions.
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate compensation tracking.
Provide strategic guidance and support for CX module adoption.
Qualifications:7 years of experience in CX incentive compensation.
Proficiency in Oracle CX or similar platforms.
Strong business acumen and client-facing skills.
