Job Summary
Position: Sr. Zscaler Consultant
Location: Plano TX (Onsite)

Required Skills:
Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience.
3 years of hands-on experience with Zscaler products (ZPA/ZIA).
Strong knowledge of Zero Trust Network Architecture.
Experience with IAM tools (Okta Azure AD etc.).
Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP DNS TLS proxies).
Cloud platforms exposure (AWS Azure GCP).
Familiarity with scripting/automation (PowerShell Python APIs).
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Current Zscaler certifications (ZIA or ZPA Administrator/Professional).
Preferred Skills:
Zscaler Certified Cloud Security Expert (ZCCSE).
Experience with ZDX / ZCP.
SASE & SD-WAN knowledge.
Security certifications (CISSP Security etc.).
Multi-cloud secure deployment experience.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS HIPAA).
Responsibilities:
Design implement and optimize Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) deployments.
Configure/manage ZPA App Connectors Client Connectors Application Segments.
Develop and implement zero-trust access policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve Zscaler-related issues.
Integrate ZPA with identity providers and other security tools.
Document architecture configurations and processes.
Collaborate with security network and application teams.
Stay updated with Zscaler product enhancements and best practices.
