Were looking for a strategic and results-driven IT Program Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of IT projects aligned with our business transformation goals. Youll be the key driver of program governance ensuring seamless execution across teams budgets and timelines while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Leads end-to-end program governance ensuring alignment with business priorities and sponsor expectations.
- Oversees a portfolio of interrelated projects managing dependencies risks and resources.
- Coordinates cross-functional teams and challenge implementation strategies when needed.
- Tracks budgets timelines and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provides regular updates to senior leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Qualifications :
Profile:
- Solid understanding of IT production processes (ITIL monitoring scheduling).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD automation infrastructure as code).
- Experience with cloud environments (IaaS PaaS containers microservices)
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (VMs RHEL Oracle etc.).
- Fluency in English is mandatory and French is a plus.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and drive decisions.
- Confident in managing complexity and making data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
Additional Information :
(Hybrid work with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
