Regional Primary Care Physician No Panel Management 20 hours/week (min.)

Mass General Brigham MetroWest Region

Mass General Brigham is seeking experienced Primary Care physicians to join our Regional Care Team a unique opportunity offering variety flexibility and work-life balance.

This role supports short-term primary care coverage at established community practices across our system. Rather than managing your own panel youll step into well-resourced clinics to care for patients while their usual provider is on leave or transitioning.

Assignments typically last several weeks to a few months giving you schedule stability while eliminating panel management responsibilities.

Who Were Looking For:

  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine Family Medicine or Med-Peds
  • 3 years of primary care experience
  • Licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire
  • Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new settings
  • Willing to provide coverage across the Greater Boston area

Practice Support:

  • Virtual Clinic Support for in basket management
  • Access to cutting-edge AI tools for notetaking and charting
  • Medical Access Coordinator
  • Social Workers
