Mass General Brigham is seeking experienced Primary Care physicians to join our Regional Care Team a unique opportunity offering variety flexibility and work-life balance.
This role supports short-term primary care coverage at established community practices across our system. Rather than managing your own panel youll step into well-resourced clinics to care for patients while their usual provider is on leave or transitioning.
Assignments typically last several weeks to a few months giving you schedule stability while eliminating panel management responsibilities.
