Schedule: Flexible 3 to 5 Days/Week
Practice Location:Phoenix Arizona
Join a nationally recognized primary care organization committed to value-based patient-first healthcare. This is a outpatient opportunity offering a flexible schedule inPhoenix AZ a dynamic and sunny metro area known for its outdoor lifestyle diverse culture and growing healthcare demand.
This role is ideal for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician looking to practice in a well-supported setting focused on long-term preventive carewithout the burden of weekends or after-hours responsibilities.
What the Opportunity Offers:
Flexible work options 3 to 5 days per week
Clinic hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (No weekends)

Candidate Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
