Job Description
Overview
Were looking for a skilled Calibration Technician to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our critical measurement systems
Salary: $20- $25/hr DOE
Responsibilities
Calibrate maintain repair install and troubleshoot diverse instrumentation and equipment used to measure properties such as vibration temperature electricity mechanics pressure and weight.
Perform routine inspections and testing to verify strict adherence to established calibration standards.
Utilize calibration software and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve faults document non-conformance and meticulously track results.
Apply a strong understanding of industry and quality standards including ISO/IEC 17025 NIST and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1.
Skills / Qualifications
High school diploma or completion of a technical or trade school program.
1-3 years of practical experience in instrumentation and calibration or equivalent specialized training/certification.
Demonstrated strong computer and mathematical abilities are highly beneficial.
