Job Description
The Opportunity: As a Founding School Leader with Phalen Leadership Academies (PLA) you will be responsible for setting the vision for school culture and academics with a new region or community. As our Founding School Leader you will also coordinate supervise and evaluate all staff including implementing the PLA Coaching Cycle. Successful candidates in this position lead with integrity and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to their work.
In addition to providing instructional leadership our Founding School Leaders hold primary responsibility for the strategic implementation and management of all aspects of school performance and operations.

Key Deliverables:
- 10% increase in Math proficiency
- 10% increase in ELA proficiency
- 90% Staff Retention
- 95% Average Daily Attendance
- 90% Student Persistence
- 80% or higher stakeholder satisfaction
- Meeting annual enrollment goals
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Current Administrators License
- Proven success as an instructional leader
- Experience in turnaround work
- Entrepreneurial positive problem solver with the ability to see opportunity in challenges
- Clear judgment a mature interpersonal style and the ability to drive collaborative decision-making processes.

Compensation and benefits:
PLA School Leaders receive a base salary that is competitively aligned to the market. In addition to a base salary PLA School Leaders receive:
