General Summary:

With a focus on maximizing student retention and success the Senior Career Services Coordinator for Training and Development under the supervision of the Assistant Director will design coordinate and implement the workshop and outreach efforts for the Office of Career and Professional Development. This role will create unique and engaging materials designed to engage audiences. In addition this position will serve as a point of contact for WTAMUs academic colleges and faculty and will do intentional outreach to underserved populations including our online-only students. This position supervises six student workers who serve as Peer Career Ambassadors who provide a point of connection between students faculty and employers on behalf of each college. The normal work week is 40 hours per week from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Some evening and weekend work is required.

Outreach to Under-Served and Online-Only Students
