Job Description
ATHLETES PROGRAM
Be the main POC for specific playgrounds and athletes within the Athletes Program. Support and supervise each athlete with the optimal individual package consisting of marketing (tools salary bonus etc.) communications and sportive performance assuring top professional relation with each athlete personally and perfect scene-impact strong credibility and high efficiency (target setting/control).
Daily Athlete management tasks: handle relationships with some Athletes and/or their managers; contract / budget; scout for potential new talents in the playground.
MARKETING ACTIVATION
Development of a 360 activation plan around these playgrounds/sports and athletes.
Optimize impact and efficiency via professional target setting.
Bring to life projects and activations of these playgrounds/athletes.
Support activation of 3rd Party events.
SPECIAL PROJECT
Support the Athletes team on key projects; especially with winter sports.
Support the execution of winter sports and athletes plan.
Be POC for athletes activities; support international requests and post event debrief.
Be key contact person to peers functions: Brand Team for Consumer Activation / Field Marketing for logistic and field activities / On Premise for on-site consumer facing activities and Media Network for all athletes activations.
Qualifications :
At least 3 years of work experience in the sports industry sport- events- or marketing agency sport institution or federation.
Experience in working personally with athletes topics such as personal athletes marketing agencies or institutions will be a plus.
Effective communications skills sporty well-organized structured and good team player.
Excellent project management skills.
An understanding/specialist knowledge/experience of sport performance.
Fluency in Italian and English written and spoken.
