About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO and senior leadership. This role is perfect for a smart fresh MBA/BBA graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
As the Executive Assistant in the Founder Office you will handle scheduling communication coordination and other administrative tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the Founders Office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to strategic operations stakeholder management and executive-level decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the CEOs calendar including internal and external meetings interviews and appointments
- Schedule interviews and follow-ups with candidates on behalf of the CEO
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas minutes and follow-up actions
- Handle travel arrangements accommodations and logistics when needed
- Assist in drafting communication presentations and reports
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Manage front office responsibilities like visitor handling and basic office coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree (preferably BBA/MBA)
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- High level of professionalism integrity and discretion
- Willingness to learn adapt and work in a startup-like environment
