ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf ofits client is in search for an Assistant Store Manager to support and oversee daily operations driving sales and fostering a positive team environment. The candidate will also act as a role model to support the development of a store team that supports the brand image.
The role will report to the Store Manager.
Location: Spata
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations including staffing scheduling training and performance management
- Lead the sales team by example to ensure a consistent and high-level customer experience
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales goals
- Focus on visual merchandising setup and restocking. Set the customer service standard that must reflect the brands standard.
- Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and be able to define and communicate to customers the importance of the companys history and heritage.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving transfers and stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including loss prevention and safety protocols
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that supports team development and morale
- Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role (preferably in a fashion retail brand)
- Knowledge of Retail sales dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead a team and drive results in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work weekends evenings and holidays as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
