Job Description
What Youll Be Doing:
- Covering brand-new care packages across Canterbury as they come in
- Introducing the service to new clients completing initial visits building rapport and gathering key information
- Supporting and mentoring new or junior carers during the initial stages
- Handing over the care package once embedded then moving on to support the next new service user
- Acting as a senior field representative for MiHome Carers and CCH embodying our values upholding quality and ensuring care is delivered right from day one
