About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer you will play a crucial role in our Communication Foundation Team. You will harness your expertise in and TypeScript to create elegant and intuitive user interfaces that enable adoption across the company and provide a better experience for doctors and patients. Your backend skills especially will complement your frontend work enabling you to develop comprehensive solutions that meet our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping build robust backend solutions /C#.
• Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications using and TypeScript
• Having a product mindset to understand and meet user needs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and business stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in agile development practices promoting DevOps culture and CI/CD.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and intelligent communication systems.
• Help maintain compliance with global communication regulations through secure and reliable system design.
• Contribute to code reviews testing and documentation to uphold high quality across the codebase.
• Support team knowledge sharing activities and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Stay curious and embrace emerging tools and technologies including AI/ML to improve workflows and solutions.

What Will Help You Thrive

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in full stack web application development with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex scalable systems.
• Advanced proficiency in backend development /C# including hands-on experience with asynchronous programming and distributed systems. Practical knowledge of message brokers (e.g. RabbitMQ) for efficient inter-service communication.
• Solid experience building sophisticated user interfaces with TypeScript and modern frameworks such as capable of owning frontend development tasks independently.
• Deep understanding of database design optimization and implementation across both SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Deep understanding of containerization/orchestration technologies at scale (Docker Kubernetes).
• Strong grasp of software development best practices including writing clean and maintainable code applying principles such as SOLID and DRY ensuring comprehensive test coverage and conducting effective code reviews to deliver high-quality software.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written minimum B2 level).

Bonus Points If You:

• Hands-on experience working with major cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP)
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into day-to-day development workflows or building products powered by AI technologies (e.g. implementing machine learning models leveraging AI APIs or platforms).
• Experience designing and managing notification systems including integration with various providers (e.g. email SMS push notifications) optimizing delivery and handling user preferences at scale.
• Prior experience with PHP/Symfony projects.

• A salary adequate to your experience and skill. Your salary will be now and always 100% transparent to you;
