To make sure our customers have an awesome experience youll be the mastermind behind:
- Reviewing customer documents to verify their identities.
- Evaluating risks associated with customer profiles and financial transactions.
- Monitoring ongoing transactions including withdrawals for unusual activity.
- Reporting suspicious transactions according to the escalation guidelines.
- Keeping precise and comprehensive records of document verification processes and customer data.
- Handling and sharing sensitive information securely and appropriately.

Heres what you will need in your toolkit:
- Minimum Language requirements: English (B2);
- 6 Months Relevant working experience in a back-office role will be considered an advantage;
- Attention to detail;
- Proactive and Customer-centric;
- Basic computer skills & MS Office / Google Suite proficiency;
