Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional adept at providing executive support Are you ready to embark on your next challenge

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant to support our Corporate Office located in Bella Vista. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing seamless administrative support to our Managing Director and wider leadership team.

The role

This role will see you work across all backend operations of the business including but not limited to;

  • Project coordination of new office openings
  • Assist in the update and coordination of company wide policies procedures and business improvement initiatives
  • Reception duties and acting as the first point of contact for all corporate enquiries
  • General housekeeping mail banking and assisting with the coordination of team events
  • Personal Assistant tasks to the Managing Director
  • Stationary IT and other general purchasing
  • Set up and coordination of ICT

Your experience

  • To be successful in this position it is essential that you can demonstrate:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant personal assistant or similar role.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
