You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Fidelity Corporate Accounting function provides accounting services to Fidelitys more than 100 business units and over 300 legal entities. As a member of the team you will assist in the delivery of core accounting financial reporting and consolidation services the preparation of financial statements for the numerous domestic and international Fidelity Investments legal entities and partnerships and the communication of such information to its shareholders and partners. Additionally you may:
Perform major account analysis; identify and interpret trends.
Prepare reconcile and communicate accounting information.
Assist with the development and implementation of new/enhanced systems and procedures to ensure adequate accounting and control for specific accounting functions.
Assist in the annual audit process with external auditors including financial statements and audit schedules.
In order to be considered for an opportunity with Corporate Accounting you should possess the following qualifications:
December 2022 or May 2023 Graduate Obtaining a Bachelors degree in Accounting
Be an independent thinker who is intellectually curious
Strong analytical logical and strategic skills
A hands-on work style a can-do attitude with a strong desire to make things happen
Enthusiasm focus on execution and the ability to be a team player with an eagerness to learn
Fidelitys hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days M-F) in a Fidelity office.
