Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. This role will focus on building and maintaining scalable responsive and secure web applications using modern technologies such as React and MongoDB. You ll also work closely with marketing and operations to implement robust integrations analytics and performance optimizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop modern web applications using (13 App Router) and React
Build reusable and responsive UI components with shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS
Implement server-side functionality with and
Manage databases and design schemas using MongoDB
Develop and consume RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
Implement tracking and analytics: GTM GA4 Facebook CAPI
Integrate third-party systems: QuickBooks Wisetack PayPal Jobber API
Set up and manage email workflows using Google Workspace SMTP
Implement user authentication with NextAuth or similar solutions
Ensure strong security practices (OAuth JWT CSRF protection validation)
Version control and collaboration via Git GitHub/GitLab
Deploy applications on platforms like Vercel
Support CI/CD pipelines testing and monitoring systems
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketers to deliver polished user experiences
Optimize code and UI for SEO and performance
Requirements
Frontend Development:
Proficiency in 13 (App Router architecture)
Strong skills and component-based development
UI component development with shadcn/ui
Deep knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 Tailwind CSS
Familiarity with frontend tooling: Webpack Vite Babel
Backend Development:
Expertise in and
Strong understanding of MongoDB (schema design indexing aggregation)
REST API development (GraphQL is a plus)
Integrations & Tools:
Experience with QuickBooks Wisetack PayPal
Familiarity with Jobber API and CRM workflows
Email systems: SMTP Google Workspace
Tracking & Analytics:
Proficient in Google Tag Manager (GTM) GA4
Experience with Facebook Conversions API (CAPI)
Understanding of UTM tracking and lead attribution
Authentication & Security:
Experience using NextAuth or similar
Knowledge of web security standards (JWT OAuth CSRF input validation)
Version Control & DevOps:
Strong experience with Git pull requests and code reviews
Deployment via Vercel or similar
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines automated testing and monitoring
SEO & Optimization:
Technical SEO knowledge: structured data sitemaps schema markup
Familiarity with on-page SEO and website performance tuning
UI/UX & Design Tools:
Ability to translate wireframes into functional UI
Experience with Figma or similar design tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on service-based or franchise websites
Understanding of lead tracking analytics setup and marketing automation
Familiarity with HubSpot Mailchimp Klaviyo
Background or interest in the construction or home services industry
Soft Skills:
Strong verbal and written English communication
Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities
Attention to detail and clean coding standards
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Collaborative attitude comfortable working cross-functionally with tech marketing and ops teams
