What Youll Do
As a Part-Time Content Specialist at Sozoroad you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand s voice engaging our audience and driving traffic across multiple channels. Your primary responsibility will be to create and manage compelling content that aligns with our marketing strategies and strengthens our brand presence and fosters meaningful connections with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand awareness.
- Write edit and publish engaging content for the website social media email campaigns and blog.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with company goals.
- Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely content publication.
- Conduct research on industry trends competitors and target audience preferences to inform content strategy.
- Monitor and analyze content performance adjusting strategies based on data insights.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends social media algorithms and content best practices.

Requirements
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A bachelors degree in Communications Journalism Marketing or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience in content creation content marketing or a related role. (NOTE: Provide a link to your technical portfolio within your resume.)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience managing content across multiple platforms including websites blogs email campaigns and social media.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Ability to analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong research skills and ability to translate industry trends into engaging content.
- Self-motivated organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus but not required.
