Student Interaction & Support
Act as the primary point of contact for students during the university application process.
Provide timely updates on application status deadlines and documentation requirements.
Guide students through the collection and submission of required documents and application fees.
Schedule and conduct calls or meetings to address student queries and concerns.
University & Vendor Coordination
Communicate with international university representatives for application status missing documents or follow-up.
Coordinate with vendors (such as courier services translation agencies payment processors etc.) to ensure timely task completion.
Track and ensure all university deadlines are met without fail.
Application Processing & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of each students progress across multiple university applications.
Ensure timely collection verification and submission of all required documents.
Track application fee payments confirmations and receipts.
Monitor and manage different application portals or university-specific platforms.
Follow-up & Time Management
Perform regular follow-ups with students and vendors to ensure all actions are completed on time.
Maintain a structured follow-up schedule to avoid delays and missed deadlines.
Provide weekly or real-time status updates to students and the internal team.
Planning & Reporting
Plan daily and weekly workflows to manage multiple applications in parallel.
Prepare reports on application status pending items and turnaround times.
Escalate delays or issues to the concerned department when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably in education administration or related fields).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple student cases and university requirements in a structured and organized way.
Basic computer proficiency MS Office Google Suite email handling and CRM usage.
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
Good understanding of time-sensitive processes and ability to work under deadlines.
Positive student-friendly attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
