WHO YOU ARE You are a highly organized and proactiveExecutive Assistantwith at least five (5) years of experience in a role supporting executive leadership. You excel at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and anticipating the needs of the VP to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. WHAT YOULL BE DOING - Provide administrative and project level support to VP of Operations
- Manage calendar plan and schedule meetings and coordinate travel.
- Gather information and prepare review and maintain highly confidential documents reports and correspondence.
- Screen prioritize draft and respond to communications including emails phone calls and meeting requests ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
