Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Market Support
- Learn and apply TWFs proven sales and outreach methodologies to identify and engage prospective clients within assigned regional mental and behavioral health markets.
- Conduct initial outreach (email phone LinkedIn) using provided templates and best practices to generate interest and qualify new business opportunities.
- Participate in sales and strategy meetings to understand client needs and align outreach efforts with service delivery capabilities.
- Contribute to the firms revenue generation by supporting the initiation of new client relationships.
Talent Sourcing & Delivery Support
- Assist in identifying screening and preparing qualified candidates for mental health behavioral health administrative and clinical support roles.
- Learn to effectively utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for pipeline management and data integrity.
- Support the creation of clear client-ready candidate profiles and high-conversion job descriptions.
- Ensure timely communication and consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Professional Development & Collaboration
- Actively participate in training programs focused on sales techniques industry knowledge and TWFs HR services and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with experienced Client Solutions Partners and executive leadership learning from real-world examples and contributing to team success.
- Proactively seek feedback and integrate new insights to continuously refine personal performance and contribute to overall team effectiveness.
Compensation & Growth Potential
This is a commission-only position designed to reward high performance and direct results offering a clear path to substantial earnings.
- Lucrative Commission Structure: Earn 1015% of net profit for the lifetime of every client you successfully onboard.
- Performance Draw Eligibility: Opportunity to unlock a monthly minimum draw upon achieving initial client acquisition milestones (e.g. closing 2 clients for a $2500 monthly draw).

Requirements
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in sales recruiting customer service or a role demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A fervent interest in sales and business development with a clear understanding and comfort with a performance-based commission-only compensation model.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong emphasis on follow-through and attention to detail.
- A proactive and independent mindset coupled with a collaborative spirit.
- Familiarity with or the ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic CRM functionality.
- Based in or familiar with one of the firms key expansion markets (remote flexibility applies within these regions).
- Genuine interest in long-term growth within a mission-aligned people-first company.
- Ability to grasp the fundamentals of direct placement recruitment.
Preferred Attributes
- Previous experience in a role involving outbound outreach or client engagement.
