This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive based in Chandler AZ with some work from home flexibility. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities maintaining and fostering client relationships delivering presentations and proposals and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and product teams negotiating contracts and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- 5 years Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Account management and client relationship-building experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- Experience in the technology or IT services industry is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as Value-Based Selling or Strategic Selling.
- Experience working within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
