Job Description
Do you have a background with tooling and injection molded products Have you held a management role with responsibilities for directing projects from start to finish Be part of a collaborative team contributing to the creation of vital medical components for leading brandswork that truly matters. Key Responsibilities:
Manage quotes timelines budgets and scope for engineering projects
Lead internal teams and coordinate with customers and suppliers
Ensure design for manufacturability and regulatory compliance
Analyze project outcomes and report on performance metrics
Support product development CAPA MRB and process improvement initiatives
Use ERP (e.g. IQMS) and project tools for daily operations
Contribute to training continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration
Comply with all safety and quality management system requirements
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent experience
3 years in engineering or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with ISO 9001 ISO 13485 and FDA standards preferred
Proficient in project management tooling and injection molding processes
Experience with 3D CAD and MS Project software
Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
