Job Description

Commercial Project Coordinator - Job Description

Were looking for a highly organised confident and proactive Commercial Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of commercial campaigns and content across our partner network. This is a fast-paced collaborative role that offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple departments including Commercial Creative Production and Finance ensuring smooth delivery of projects and meeting key contractual obligations with our partners.

Whether youre a recent graduate or someone with early experience looking to build a career in project coordination or commercial operations this role will give you hands-on exposure to multiple areas of the business and allow you to grow quickly in a supportive ambitious team.

Youll need to be a strong communicator whos comfortable engaging with a wide range of internal teams and external stakeholders including senior management and clients and confident managing competing priorities with calm efficiency.

An enthusiasm for the cycling industry or experience working with sports or lifestyle brands would be a huge bonus.

This role reports directly to the Partnership Operations Manager. You will also work closely with senior members of the commercial and management team.



The Role

  • Coordinate commercial content and partnership deliverables ensuring timelines stakeholders and production teams are aligned and informed.
  • Support scheduling of branded content across social media platforms in collaboration with the social team.
  • Act as a key point of contact to ensure teams have access to relevant commercial assets (imagery promotional materials kit etc.).
  • Manage the logistics around commercial product orders and presenter equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventories of commercial kit and help oversee monthly equipment audits alongside the workshop team.
  • Help maintain partner records and ensure documentation is up to date and accessible.
  • Organise and support partner activations including competitions and trade show planning.
  • Liaise with internal departments (including accounts) to align on deliverables deal renewals and commercial revenue planning.
  • Monitor and improve project management processes and documentation ensuring consistent archiving and compliance (including GDPR).
  • Own the tagging and permissions processes for branded partnerships to ensure accurate reporting and governance.

What were looking for

Experience
  • Relevant project management experience would be beneficial i.e. able to initiate a project manage tasks coordinate people track progress and deliver outcomes.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders or; in client-facing roles would be a plus because the role involves building and maintaining positive commercial relationships.
Knowledge
  • Commercial awareness with understanding of business priorities and processes e.g. understanding how your work contributes to business goals client success and audience engagement within the cycling media space.
  • An interest in and understanding of the cycling industry is a significant advantage - cycling partners will rely upon you to be knowledgeable about their business and competitors.
  • Therefore a passion for and knowledge of cycling brands is highly desirable.
Skills
  • Very good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills - confident in building relationships and communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive).
  • Experience using project management tools such as Basecamp Asana or similar.
