Accounting Clerk

To meet the growing demand for our productwere currently seeking an Accounting Clerk. In this position you will plan andexecute all invoicing and process credit card transactions.
YourResponsibilities Will Include:
- Set weekly invoicing targets review and execute on the invoicing plan to ensure targets are met
- Monitor upcoming invoices and follow up as needed
- Draft invoices and send to dealers
- Review sales orders submit pre-approvals and upload invoices for receivables financing
- Send monthly statements and overdue notices to dealers
- Follow up with dealers for collections and process overdue credits
- Perform weekly line of credit checks and adjust as required
- Process large volume of credit card transactions (matching receipts coding and entry to accounting system)
- Credit card account reconciliation
- Other duties as assigned
Were Looking For:
- Continuous learning & willingness to cross-train
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High degree of initiative accuracy attention to detail and confidentiality
- Experience with Accounts Receivable or Payable would be an asset
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration would be an asset
