About the role:
The role sits within the eBay marketing team reporting to the Senior Incentives & Loyalty Manager. In this role you will assist in building a high performing team as well as driving the planning and execution of retail marketing and deals campaigns.
Here are some things youll find yourself doing day-to-day:
Managing a team across Deals & Retail Promotions. Including team members who are part of our graduate rotation program helping them develop their skill set build their personal brand and feel a part of the team
Onboarding and training new team members creating a results driven and collaborative team culture
Developing our quarterly plans and to drive innovation and engagement in our promotions playbook
Leading partnership negotiations with vendors and driving strategy and collaboration
Being the key stakeholder across Advertising Seller marketing and product driving collaboration and improving ways of working
Owning the Deals & Sales & Events strategy Driving simplified and precise execution
Driving business growth by running our weekly promotion acquisition and retention campaigns
Leading cross-functional teams (of creative/brand social media email digital marketing merchandisers Product UX analysts legal) to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotions
Generate standardised reporting for all campaigns to track and report performance; report on critical metrics and generate next step recommendations
The person were looking for:
Marketing background 5 years experience with owned digital marketing channels
Retail or e-commerce background preferred
Bachelors degree in relevant field
Youre agile and thrive under pressure
You put the customer at the heart of what you do
A multitasker who can drive multiple projects and project streams at one time
Ability to influence others and establish relationships across the organisation
Drive to hit financial targets
