Summary
- POSITION INFORMATION
- Position summary:
The Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) Clinical Coordinator coordinates the outpatient care of medically complex patients through their workup and treatment. The PH Clinical Coordinator works collaboratively with the medical staff and ancillary departments for disease management on the continuum. The PH Clinical Coordinator reports directly to the Administrator of the Cardiovascular Service Line.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
Required length and type of experience:A minimum of five (5) years acute cardiac/pulmonary critical care experience required.
Required licensure certification or registry:Registered Nurse (RN) with certification/licensure current in the State of Ohio; BLS and ACLS certified.
