Our client is seeking a high-performing junior Executive Assistant to support one of their Co-Founders the Chief Technology Office. This quickly scaling AI company is looking for someone hungry resourceful and eager to learn and step in when needed.

The Role: Executive Assistant to Co-Founder
The City: San Francisco CA (Onsite)
The Money: $110k - $120k Base
The Company: Series C AI startup
The Ideal Candidate:Sharp. Direct Communicator. 2-3 years of EA experience. Start-up background.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Manage high-volume calendars and schedule internal and external meetings
- Arrange travel logistics and process expenses
- Assist with event planning and schedule
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients by maintaining contact lists
- Complete ad-hoc projects as needed
- Provide some personal support to executive
