You Will Be Responsible for:
1) Sales Process Optimization & Technology Business Ownership - this role will partner with US and Global teams to solve operational pain points lead process improvement leverage data and develop technology solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of the sales process and drive continuous improvement. Identify process bottlenecks implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline workflows.
Oversee the creation of tools systems and associated training that equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
Act as the US business owner of the CRM () platform: listen to users and understand pain points gather business requirements provide recommendations liaise with IT test and communicate enhancements
Offer insights into technology and process improvements that will strengthen sales effectiveness.
2) Sales Performance and Pipeline Analytics - Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure pipeline predictability and AOP achievement
Facilitate US pipeline reviews and help ensure 100% accuracy in sales pipeline
Sales Compensation & Incentive Programs:
Represent and report U.S. pipeline and forecast to larger Robotics business as needed
Leverage existing dashboards to monitor and assess commercial KPIs
Build new SFDC reports and dashboards as needed
Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
3) Sales Operations and Support:
Territory Design & Strategy: Support the development and implementation of sales territories for a fast growing sales team
Support the development of sales compensation plans that are aligned with business objectives motivating the sales team to achieve performance targets.
Regularly review and refine incentive programs to ensure they drive the right behaviors and outcomes.
Work with finance and commission teams to ensure accurate and timely payouts
Develop strong partnerships and operate as point of contact for US Sales
Must Have:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience in sales enablement or sales support or equivalent experience
Or Associates Degree with 6 years experience
Or Bachelors Degree with 4 years experience
Proven ability to optimize sales workflows and leverage CRM and other commercial tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Prior experience as a SFDC subject matter expert
Nice to Have:
Prior experience supporting a sales team (Sales Operations) within healthcare or medical device company
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
Ability to influence without authority often with senior leadership
Strong ability to use data and analytics to make informed decisions track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Experience working with analytics teams to develop insights that drive action.
Ideally SFDC Admin certified or prior experience as a business product owner - ultimately an expert in sales team use of SFDC and what is possible.
