Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Customer Service Golf Officer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage booking of golf slots for both individual and corporate members.
- Handle telephone and in-person enquiries professionally.
- Reconcile and verify daily transactions ensuring accuracy and rectifying any discrepancies by the end of each shift.
- Ensure operational activities are in compliance with documented ISO Quality Procedures.
- Support Golf Executives in regulating daily golf operations including competitions and scheduled events.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for the golf course especially during inclement weather conditions.
- Manage golfer registration issue course tickets and input scorecard data accurately.
- Ensure key updates and essential notices are communicated clearly to members/guests and displayed on relevant notice boards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role preferably in customer service or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Service-oriented with a positive and proactive approach to customer interactions.
- Comfortable with shift work including weekends and public holidays.
