Job Title: Senior Manager - Channel Operations (Full Time)
We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Operations Expert to join our Global Sales & Channel Ops Team. The ideal candidate will partner with the Channels & Alliances Organization playing a critical role in driving sales strategy data analysis and operational excellence. The candidate will collaborate with various departments in driving the right cadences and rhythms to ensure the Channel team meets and exceeds their objectives effectively.
Youll exceed your targets and be successful by:
Partner with the SVP of Channels & Alliances and his team to develop and implement tailored sales strategies for channel partners maximizing their effectiveness in reaching target markets and driving revenue growth.
Operationalize and manage the Automation Anywhere Partner Framework
Lead and support the Organizations efforts in operationalizing the GSI and Hyper Scaler engagements.
Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) transition and planning processes for distribution.
Act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert (SME) to Distribution leadership and distributor partners.
Manage the rhythm of the business overseeing weekly/monthly/quarterly activities such as rebates renewals and business reviews.
Champion continuous improvement automation and process optimization across reporting dashboards and KPIs.
Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to executive leadership.
You will be a great fit if you have:
5-7 years of experience in partner operations sales operations or revenue operations roles within high-growth SaaS companies.
Hand on Working Experience in PRM tools like Salesforce Workspan etc
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and developing innovative solutions for complex ambiguous challenges.
Strong business and financial acumen with an understanding of marketing sales customer success and project management methodologies in the SaaS industry.
Data-driven decision-maker with a strong analytical foundation and the ability to provide strategic guidance.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and drive complex projects to completion.
