- Coordinate the planning and execution of events exhibitions visits and corporate functions
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives
- Supervise outsourced contracts and activities
- Craft executive speeches advertisements and articles
- Manage publications websites and digital media platforms
- Foster relationships with stakeholders and counterpart organizations to represent the company
- Offer strategic guidance and practical solutions for media-related matters
- Serve as secretaries for relevant committees and working groups
- Handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed
The Successful Applicant
- A reputable university degree in law mass communications journalism language or a related field
- At least five years of managerial experience in public relations marketing and event management
- Strong understanding of multi-stakeholder communications coupled with exceptional planning organizational communication and management skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
