Job Description
This leading private investment company is hiring an additional Legal Counsel to:
- Provide legal support to the company regarding their investments and transactions
- Advise management on general commercial contracts with third parties including suppliers and general operational contracts
- Manage the advice sought from external counsel
To qualify you should be a common law qualified lawyer with at least 8 PQE and trilingual languages (English Cantonese and Mandarin).
Commercially savvy candidates with excellent communication skills and who can provide practical solutions are preferred.
x 13 months plus discretionary bonus
